摘要
在分析总结某些已有研究成果的基础上，利用遗传算法并结合美国联邦公路管理局负责研制开发的模拟软件，实现交通信号管理系统的优化，通过对城市中一段公路网交通状况的模拟，得到较为满意的试验结果。
Drawing on the achievements accomplished by the scholars in this field and in the combination of the simulation software provided by FHWA, this paper presents a novel approach to the realization of optimal signaling strategies, a satisfying result is given by a simulation.
