应用气举洗井工艺解除近井地层污染的方法 被引量:2

摘要 目前油田欠注井较多,由于酸化、压裂等增注措施每年工作量相对较少,不能满足不断出现大注井的需要。而正常洗井效果不好,达不到解除油层污染的目的,从而导致欠注井不能及时得到治理,使油田开发效果逐渐变差,为缓解这一矛盾,根据井底压差与洗井质量的关系,利用气举方式,增大地层向井底流动的压差,使污染地层的脏物在较高压差下从地层中清洗出来。通过试验,确定了气举洗井的施工步骤及适应条件,为增注又提供一种有效的措施。试验表明,气举洗井工艺简单,操作方便,对封隔器没有影响,不会造成对地层的污染和二次伤害,施工费用较低,恢复注水效果明显、有效期长。 In present, there are many under injecting wells. Due to the measures of formation acidization and fracturing are not taken enough, it can' t meet the demands of readucing the under injecting wells. In addition, the effects of common wells cleanup are not very good. All these result in the bad production. In order to solve this problem, the Gas Lift method is brought according to the relation between bottom hole differential pressure and the efficency of well cleanup. Gas Lift can increase the differentid pressure be- tween the bottom hole and the formation. Therefore the contamination in the formation can be removed under the higher pressure. The steps and working conditions of this method are obtained from experiments. The expreriments show that the method of the Gas Lift well cleanup is simple, convenient and its cost is low. It won' t damage the packer and pollute the formation.
