摘要
本文分析了采用三层结构舱壁的载人航天器在轨飞行时由于热辐射环境的变化引起的舱壁温度波动及温度分布,数值计算结果表明内防护层的温度分布比较均匀,受外部辐射变化影响很小,而对内部空气温度的波动响应比较大。并根据此结果提出了地面模拟的简化模型,分析了模型时间常数的影响因素,用数值计算验证了缩小实验周期的可能。
Fluctuation and distribution of temperature are studied for three-layer structural wall of manned spacecraft due to the variation of thermal radiation on orbit. The numerical computational results indicate that the temperature distribution of inner layer is uniform, and is affected slightly by thermal radiation outside, but much more greatly by the temperature of air inside. A simplified model on ground is presented according to the analysis. Characteristic time of the wall are studied and the numerical analysis proofs that period of experiment can be shortenned by reduction of characteristic time.
