摘要
在相似理论的基础上 ,提出了用电路原理来模拟无刷伺服电机的发热机理以及传热过程 ,建立电机发热计算模型 ,并构造了以 DSP为控制芯片的电机控制系统 ,根据电机的热容量常数和实时电枢电流、转子速度来预测电机的发热趋势 ,通过控制电机电流有效防止电机过热 。
The thermal calculation model is estabilshed by using electrical circuit to simulate thermal and its conduction of the brushless servo motor based analogous theory, the motor control system is also constructed by DSP chipl. The motor winding temperature can be forcasted by the thermal calculation model, which consist of thermal capacity constant, stator current, rotation speed of the motor, then thermal protection of the motor can be realized by control the stator current so as to limit the motor overheat.
