摘要
在分析了我国溢油损害评估技术的现状后,结合国内外的经验,提出了包括油污对环境损害的评估在内的较全面的溢油损害评估系统。
By analyzing the state of the evaluation technology for detriment by oil spilling in our country and introducing the internal and external experiences, the paper offers a comprehensive system for evaluating oil - spilling detriment including the estimating measures for environmental damage caused by oil.
