摘要
社会经济文化在发展,教育服务也必须随之发展。21世纪面临知识经济的挑战,高等财经教育应该立足于创新人才的培养,更新教学内容,加强教材建设,改进教学手段和方法,以提高教学质量。
With the development of social economy and culture, educatioj in finance colleges needs dveloping as wel. Aiming at enhancing the quality of higher education, this paper discusses the importance of creativeness in the 21st centry of knowledge economic; and dicusses some possible ways to foster the creativeness of the finance personnel from renewing the contents of course, improving the teaching materials, refining on the methods of teaching.
