Elecrtroluminescence(EL)of containing the structure of poly(p-phenlyene ethylene)(PPV)

摘要 评述了含PPV(聚苯乙炔)结构的高分子型电致发光材料近几年来的研究进展工作,并对这类材料的分子设计做了简要展望.介绍和引用了有代表性的文献31篇. Poly(pphenlyene ethhylene)is semiconductive polymer.It has good property of holetransporting.Materials which contain the structure are the most hopeful to apply.This paper intruduces the principle of electroluminescent devices and reviews derivatives of PPV as lightemitting materials in lightemitting diode.Problems toward industrial application are discussed.
