摘要
在分析变压器综合损耗的基础上,建立了变压器经济运行的判别模型,根据变压器系数来划分变压器的运行区域(经济运行区、允许运行区和非经济运行区)。利用单片机系统来实现变压器空载损耗、额定损耗及其它变压器运行参数的测量,以及经济运行判别。本文对单片机硬件电路设计和软件设计进行了讨论。实际使用证实了变压器经济运行测试仪的实用性。
Analyses transformer抯 synthetical consumption and establishes the judging model of transformer抯energy-saving operation. The transformer抯 operation zones (economic operation zone,allowable operation zone and non-economy operation zone) are decided according to the transformer抯 load factor. The achievements of measuring transformer抯 unload and rated load synthetical consumption, operation parameters and the judgment of energy-saving operation are realized by microprocessor system. This paper also discusses the hardware andsoftware design of microprocessor system. Actual measurements show that the transformer抯 economicaloperation measurement instrument is practical.
