摘要
目的:探讨用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸利多卡因注射液含量的色谱条件。方法:分别用硅胶柱和ODS柱采用不同的流动相对色谱峰及测定结果进行考察。结果:用硅胶柱,线性范围:3.44～34.36mg/ml(n=7),回收率:100.09±0.42％(n=5);用ODS柱,线性范围:8.59～51.54mg/ml(n=6),回收率为99.93±0.22％(n=5)。结论:用ODS柱测定盐酸利多卡因注射液的含量测定,比用硅胶往更简便,快速,且峰形较原方法大大改善。
To study the chromatogram condition of determination of lidocaine hydrochloride injection by HPLC; Method:To study chromatogram peak and the result with the silica gel column and ODS column with different mobile phase; Results:The liner range was 3. 44-34. 36mg/ml(n = 7)and the recovery was 100. 09±0. 42%(n=5) with the silica gel column; the liner range was 8. 59-51. 54mg/ml(n = 6) and the recovery was 99. 93±0.22%(n=5)with ODS column;ConcIu-sion:It was more quicker,simpler than with silica gel column that detemination of lidocaine hydrochloride injection with ODS column by HPLC.
