摘要
采用固相反应法制备名义组成为Mg2 (1 -x) Zn2xAl4Si5O1 8(x =0~ 0 .6)的红外辐射材料 ,测试了样品的红外辐射性能 ,并用XRD、IR等方法研究了体系的结构 .研究结果表明 ,x≤ 0 .3时 ,可得到六方结构的堇青石固溶体 ,x =0 .2时 ,样品的红外辐射性能最佳 ,其法向全波段的辐射率达到 0 .89,8~ 1 4μm波段的辐射率达到 0 .91以上 .x >0 .2时样品的红外辐射性能随x的增大而降低 ,x≥ 0 .4时样品中主要形成 (Mg1 xZnx)Al2 O4尖晶石固溶体和方石英 .
Infrared radiation materials with the compositions of Mg 2(1- x ) Zn 2 x Al 4Si 5O 18 ( x =0?0.6)are synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method.Infrared radiation properties of the materials are measured,and the microstructures are investigated by XRD ,IR.Cordierite solid solution with a hexagonal crystal structure can be prepared for x up to 0.3. The optimum infrared radiation properties are obtained in the sample of x =0.2,exhibiting the infrared emissivity of 0.89 in the whole band and infrared emissivities of 0.90?0.93 in the bands within 8?25μm.The infrared radiation properties decreased with x for the samples of x >0.2. The Zn 2+ substituted MgAl 2O 4spinel solution and crystoballite are identified as the main crystal phases for the samples of x ≥0.4.
