摘要
河南省要迎接加入WTO后带来的挑战和抓住西部大开发的机遇,必须超越“东引西进”战略,进一步加大面向国际国内市场开放和加强自身区域经济开发的力度。善于运用“抓大培小”战略思维,研究河南省各类企业在全球市场的经营战略,重视人力资本,激励创造创新,驱动国际竞争能力的提高和要素收入的增长,探索出一条中部省份经济和社会发展的小康社会成功之路。
We must go ahead of the strategy of transporting from the Eastern and marching to the market of the Western, if Henan province wants to conquer the challenger of entering WTO and holds the chance of great development of Western. We must enhance opening market and developing ourselves region economy, select the strategic method of enhancing great enterprises and yielding little enterprises' , research the managing strategy of Henan province' s all sorts of enterprises competing in global market, take importance on human capital, stimulate creativity and innovation, gain international competitive ability and income' s growth and probe a successive path of a comfortably -off society that economic and social development about regions in the Middle China.
