摘要
利用超临界萃取技术对马尾松根的生化物质进行萃取和初步分离,并用杉木种子发芽试验进行生物检测.分析结果表明:就总体而言,非夹带剂萃取的马尾松根生化物质对杉木种子的绝对发芽势、鲜物质重等起抑制作用,而对绝对发芽率、胚轴长、胚根长及干物质重具有不同程度的促进作用;夹带剂萃取的马尾松根生化物质对杉木种子的绝对发芽势起抑制作用,而对绝对发芽率、胚轴长、胚根长、鲜物质重及干物质重具有不同程度的促进作用.
Allelochemicals of Pinus massoniana root were extracted and isolated by supercritical fluid extraction technology and bioassay was done during this experiment.The results showed that:in generally,the alleochemicals extracted by nonentrainer had positive effects on absolute germination rate,plumular root length,plumular axis length and dry weight,but have inhibited effects on absolute germination power and fresh weight;the alleochemicals extracted by entrainer had positive effects on absolute germination rate,plumular root length,plumular axis length,fresh weight and dry weight,but have inhibited effects on absolute germination power.
