摘要
在李祚泳的大气质量评价的污染危害指数法的基础上提出了改进的污染危害指数法公式,并采用改进单纯形法对公式中的参数进行优化,得到了适用于多种污染物的大气质量评价的污染危害指数新公式.应用该公式进行实例评价,并将其结果与其他多种方法评价的结果进行了比较,结果表明,该公式用于评价大气环境质量普适性强,计算简单,使用方便,评价结果具有可比性和通用性.
Based on the index formula of pollution harm for atmosphere quality assessment proposed by Li Zuoyong,the new index formula of pollution harm for atmosphere quality assessment suitable to multipollutant was derived and its parameters were optimized by modified simplex method.The results of case assessment using this new formula were compared with the results using many other assessment methods,showing that application of this formula in the assessment of atmospheric environment quality possesses strong generality,simple calculation and the results are contrastable and commonly used.
