摘要
通过对电镦成形原理以及影响电镦成形质量的工艺参数的分析,介绍了新型加热变压器控制电路和试验研究结果。表明所生产的气门毛坯废品率明显下降。
Based on the analyzing of the principle of electrical upsetting forming and the craft parameter affecting forming quality ,the new type of heating transformer current controlling circuit and the exp eriment results are introduced.The re-sults indicate that the reject rate o f the tire valve semifinished products are descended.
