摘要
在投影显示装置的光学系统中,采用非球面后,不仅能使投影光学系统的球差、色差和畸变等像差得到校正,而且还能减小系统的几何尺寸和重量。但由于非球面的制造和检测要比球面难得多,这个领域涉及到很多高新技术,所以长期以来我国不能大批量生产非球面透镜。本文简要介绍了非球面制造和检测的主要技术问题。
In the projective display devices,projective optical systems are used. By using aspheric elements, not only the spherical aberration, achromatic aberration and distortion of projective optical system can be well corrected, but the size and the weight of the system can be reduced as well. Since manufacturing and testing an aspheric surface is much more difficult than spherical surface, and many advanced technologies are involved, we can't make aspheric lenses in mass production for a long time. The main technical issues of manufacturing and testing aspheric surface are briefly discussed.
