摘要
提出了及早培训人员 ,设立专科医院、病房和隔离病人及对病毒携带进行管理 ;把防病指标真正纳入对干部和地区经济社会发展考核之中 ;建立政府主要领导牵头指挥、多方协调的艾滋病防治立体体系 ;充分发挥卫生系统先锋队作用 ;采取各种措施、广泛通报流行情况和强制性学习防治知识 ,建立艾滋病防治失误责任追究制六项措施 ,以尽快强化艾滋病防治措施 ,完善我国艾滋病防治的体制和有效机制 。
The author put forward we should strengthen the prophylaxis and treatment countermeasure to AIDS and pefect systems in order to be on guard to new public health event.These countermeasures included:Train personnel in a specific field and put up special hospitals and wards;Prevention achievement bring into the check on cadres and local economy development;bring into full play health systm's vanguard role;Set up prevention and treatment system to AIDS;Circulate notices of epidemic tread and impulsion learning;Establish fault respousibility and system of prevention and treatment to AIDS and et al.
