摘要
宪法的适用问题近年来成为学术界讨论的热点,本文从中美宪法适用性比较的角度分析实践中我国宪法观念中存在的误区,旨在与时俱进,完善我国的宪政法制建设。
It has become a hot point on constitutions applicability in recent years.In order to perfect our constitutional government,this thesis analyzes Chinese mistake notion about constitution in point of comparative view between China and America.
