摘要
本文设计了一套新的液态双酚-A型环氧树脂的合成工艺,并探讨了合成E-51型环氧树脂的较佳反应条件,可以使生产每吨该树脂的ECH消耗量比现有国内工业水平减少60kg。
A new synthesis process of liquid bisphenol-A diglycidyl ether is designed,and the effect of various factors on the reaction course of E-51 epoxide resins is determined.Under proper conditions,the new synthesis process can decrease by 60 kilograms of the consumption of epichlorohydrin(ECH) for per ton of epoxide resins,as against that of present home industrial level.
