摘要
目的 了解安徽省泾县陈村水库灌区工程建设运行后对灌区螺情的影响 ,为制定合理的控制钉螺对策提供科学依据。 方法 收集陈村水库灌区灌溉工程资料 ,近 10余年螺情资料及气象资料 ,并对历史有螺环境进行调查 ,描述螺情变化趋势 ,分析其影响因素。 结果 陈村水库灌区在主渠道运行头 10年中新发现有螺环境 1处 ,次 10年新发现有螺环境 16处 ;进入 2 0世纪 90年代后螺情严重并有回升趋势 ;2 0 0 2年已有 6 9.6 7%历史有螺环境发现钉螺 ;经回归分析 ,钉螺密度与气温变化有关 ,与年降雨量及日照时数无明显关系。 结论 1981年泾县血吸虫病达到传播控制 ,但在水库及灌溉工程建成运行后 ,灌区螺情开始回升 ;除气温是一重要影响因素外 ,灌区自流或引水灌溉可能在钉螺的生长繁殖中起重要作用。
Objective To study the impact of irrigation on snail in the area of Jingxian since Chengcun Reservoir and main irrigation channels were built, to help work out scientific strategies for snail control. Methods Data on the irrigation work, snail situation and weather in the past 10 years were collected; the trend of snail situation was described and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results After the irrigation work was constructed, one new place was found with snail inhabitation during the first 10 years, 16 such places were found in the second 10 years. In 1990s, snail situation in the area was becoming severer; in 2002 69.67% of the places where snails inhabited in history were found to be with snails. Snail density was found to be related with the change of annual mean temperature, but no significant relationship was found between snail density and annual rainfall or annual sunshine time. Conclusion Schistosomiasis was controlled in Jingxian County in 1981. However, after the irrigation work was set up, snail has been spreading and its population has been increasing; besides temperature, irrigation may be playing an important role in snail's living and spreading.
