采用冲天炉熔化,中频炉内脱硫和升温,采用稀土镁做球化剂,进行多次孕育处理并加入微量锑,能防止大断面球铁件发生球化衰退、石墨畸变和球数减少等缺陷。
Some common defects of the heavy section nodular iron castings such as nodularization de-generation,graphite distortion and reduction of nodular graphite count could be prevented by adopting following measures:using cupola to melt iron,desulphurizing and raising temperature in medium frequen-cy induction furnace,using RE-Mg-Si-Fe alloy as nodulizing agent ,running multiple inoculation treat-ment and adding trace amount of antimony.
