船舶"环行道"避碰决策方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对多船会遇避让决策困难的现状,参照水陆交通中环行道的思想,将航空管理领域避碰决策研究的成果引入船舶会遇避让决策之中,提出船舶领域的新概念和船舶避碰决策新的算法以及"环行道"航行方法。在会遇船舶数量多于两艘船舶时,在水域中形成一环行道,每一船舶均绕"环行道"航行,以保证与其他船舶保持足够的距离,到适当时候恢复原航向。 In view of the difficulties in multi-ships collision avoidance the authors put forward some new concepts, algorithms and the roundabout method, using some up-to-date conflict resolutions for air traffic management as refferences. When more than two ships are in meeting situation, there will be a roundabout waterway. In order to keep the distances between the own ship and other ships long enough, each own ship could take the roundabout route first, the return to its original course at an opportune moment.
