摘要
苎麻纤维由于分子排列整齐、结晶度高、刚度大 ,故导致苎麻织物在穿着过程中产生刺痒感。采用纤维素酶对其进行减量整理 ,使织物表面毛羽变软 ,从而达到改善手感、消除刺痒的的目的。在纤维素酶对苎麻织物整理的过程中 ,反应型活性染料抑制纤维素酶的作用 ,非离子型还原染料对酶基本无影响。阳离子表面恬性剂存在时 ,酶失去活性 ;阴离子表面活性剂对酶有抑制作用 ;非离子表面活性剂对酶的作用基本无影响。苎麻织物经酶整理后 ,强力下降 。
The neat arrangement of molecules, high crystallinity and high stiffness makes ramie fiber fabric feel itchy to skin. The cellulose enzyme can be used to deweighting treatment, thus softening the surface hairiness of the fabric, improving the hand and eliminating the itchy feeling. During the finishing process of cellulose enzyme to ramie fabric, it can be seen that the reactive dye can restrain the cellulose enzyme, and vat dye (not ion type) basically has no effect to cellulose enzyme. When applying surface active agent of basic ion type, the enzyme loses its activity; the surface active agent of negative ion type restrains the activity of enzyme; the surface active agent out of ion type has no effect to the enzyme. The results also indicated that the tensile strength of the ramie fiber fabric is decreased after cellulose enzyme finishing, but the whiteness and softness is improved.
