摘要
本文阐述了教师与教科研的关系及教科研的重要性,论述了教科研项目的开发为学校带来的机遇,并成为高职院校持续发展的动力源泉,使教师从中获得很大的收益,推动教学质量的提高。
This paper states the importance of scientific research as well as its relationship with teachers. The development of scientific research brings opportunities for colleges and universities. It can be concluded that scientific research has become the driving force of the sustaining development of higher learning institutions. Teachers benefit much from participating research and teaching quality has been improved accordingly.
