摘要
复合式水力旋流器是一种将动态与静态旋流分离技术有机结合在一起 ,而获得强大惯性离心力的含油水高效处理新型设备 ,其主要特点是旋流强度大、液流压力损失较低、振动幅度降低、分离效率更高 ,且处理量在较大的变化范围内有很好的处理效果。介绍其结构设计、分离机理及影响因素等方面的研究进展 ,设计了合理结构的样机。
Compound hydrocyclone is a new kind of separating equipment applied to combine dynamic separation technology with static one by means of centrifugal force for high efficient treatment of oily water. It is featured by high hydrocyclonic intensity, lower fluid flow pressure, lower vibration range and higher separation efficiency. When inlet flow rate is properly increased, it has a better result in a larger flow rate. Research progress of its structure, separation principle and influence factors are described , and rational structure of prototype is put forward.
