摘要
目的:评价医用OB胶在甲状腺外科手术中应用的价值。方法:87例患者在在甲状腺手术切除病变后于残腔内和伤口处涂用OB胶,残腔内不放引流物。结果:87例伤口均一期愈合,无伤口渗出和感染。结论:OB胶在闭合腺体残腔,创面止血,切口愈合等方面,有突出的优点。
Objective: To evaluate the value of OB gel in the thyroid surgery. Methods: 87 cases with thyroid diseases were performed operations. The remained cavities and incisions were smeared with OB gel after thyroids surgery without drainages applied. Results: All incisions healed at the first stage. No phenomenon of ooze and infection occurred. Conclusion: OB gel has advantages of closing remained cavity, coagulation and incision healing.
