摘要
加强高校出版社的队伍建设 ,是新形势下图书出版业面临的一个重要课题。分析高校出版社目前的队伍现状 ,势必引起人们的思考 ,并采取相应的对策和措施 ,以不断适应形势发展的要求 ,提升自身的竞争力。
How to strengthen the staff building is an important task the new situation has brought to publishing houses. An analysis of the current state of university publishing staff will certainly give rise to deep meditations and lead to a series of counter measures. By doing this, the competitive capacity of the staff members will be promoted so that they can better meet the demands of the changing situation.
