摘要
依法治国是宪法的一项基本原则 ,是一项基本的治国方略 ,优劣法治是唯一可行与现实的选择。但人治与法治各有其优劣 ,人治不是绝对的恶 ,法治也不是绝对的善 ,法治造福人类的同时也存在着自身的弊端 。
The present paper,discussing the respective merits and demerits of ruling the country by law and ruling the country by man,states that in addition to its benefits to the society there exist disadvantages in the rule by law,which are its price.
