摘要
结合盐化工总厂的生产实际,提出漂粉精生产过程中产生的二次母液的回收利用方案,给出了相应的工艺流程;采用新工艺后,每批料的废液处理量可达10m3,并指出了不足之处,可为类似装置的技术改造提供参考。
Combined with the practical production conditions in salt Chemical Industry Plant,the plans of recovering and utilizing the secondary mother liquid from the production of bleaching powder were put forward,and the corresponding flow path was presented.The volme of waste liquid treated by the new process was about 10 m3 per batch.Its shortcomings were pointed out,in order to give references for technically modifying other similiar facilities.
