摘要
自 1 98 8年以来 ,我国开始在建设领域实行建设工程监理制度 ,以保证工程项目的施工质量和进度 ,对项目投资进行有效控制。但对于援外工程项目的施工及监理 ,有其很强的特殊性。在分析了这些特殊性后 。
Since 1988, it is put into construction project management in China. This is effective for control of quality, progress and investment of construction project. It has its particularity to construct and manage a construction project in foreign aid. In this paper, the author put forward some suggestion.
