摘要 目的 :评价BSSPLUS眼内灌注在玻璃体手术中的临床应用价值。方法 :在 13 8例 ( 14 4眼 )玻璃体手术中 ,分别采用BSSPLUS和国产BSS灌注液眼内灌注 ,对比术后第一天角膜内皮和眼内反应性炎症的变化 :随访 3月 ,比较晶状体透明度的差异。结果 :术后第一天BSSPLUS组角膜内皮丢失少于BSS组 ,差异有显著性 (t =5 183 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;两组间所有病例术后第一天眼内反应性炎症未显示明显差异 ( χ2 =1 677,P >0 0 5 ) ;而将两组内各病例分类比较后 ,显示出糖尿病组的玻璃体手术中 ,使用BSSPLUS者术后眼内炎症反应明显轻于使用国产BSS者 ,差异有显著性 ( χ2 =4 711,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :BSSPLUS眼内灌注液有较好的组织相容性 ,可保护角膜内皮 ,减少眼内炎症反应。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of intraocular irrigation with BSS PLUS in vitrectomy. Methods:144 eyes of 138 cases of pars plana vitrectomy were irrigated with different intraocular solutions,BSS PLUS or BSS (made in our hospital).The status of corneal endothelial cells and postoperative intraocular inflammations between the two solutions were compared at 1 day after surgery,and the status of lens were observed through 3 months follow-up. Results:The loss of corneal endothelial cells in BSS PLUS group was less than those in BSS group (P<0 05).There was no significant difference in postoperative inflammation between the two groups,however,in diabetic cases,the postoperative intraocular inflammation in BSS PLUS group was less than that in BSS group (χ 2=4 771,P<0 05). Conclusions:BSS PLUS is a more suitable intraocular irrigating solution than that made in our hospital.It has less harm to the corneal endothelial cells and less postoperative inflammation.
