摘要
目的 研究冠心病患者心肌缺血情况下循环中白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )和脂蛋白 (a) [LP (a) ]水平的关系和临床意义。方法 用ELISA分析试剂盒检测 6 2例冠心病患者和 5 0例健康对照者血浆IL 6 ,用免疫透射比浊法检测血清LP (a) ,并对心电图 (EKG)ST段的情况进行比较。结果 冠心病组血浆IL 6和血清LP (a)水平均较健康对照组显著增高 (P <0 0 1)。与健康对照组相比 ,ST段异常组和ST段正常组血浆IL 6水平均显著增高 (P <0 0 1) ;ST段异常组血清LP (a)水平显著增高 (P <0 0 1) ,ST段正常组血清LP (a)水平有所增高 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。ST段异常组血浆IL 6和血清LP (a)水平均显著高于ST段正常组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。冠心病患者血浆IL 6和血清LP (a)水平存在显著的相关性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 冠心病患者循环中IL 6和LP (a)水平显著升高 ,高水平IL 6和LP (a)可能反映血管和心肌损伤的发生 ,LP (a)的增加可能与IL 6刺激肝脏合成LP (a)
Objective To investigate the relationship between circulating interleukin-6 (IL-6) and lipoprotein(a) \ in patients with coronary heart disease with different ST segment on electrocardiogram (EKG) and the clinical implication. Methods 62 patients with coronary heart disease with different ST segment on EKG and 50 health controls were studied. Plasma levels of IL-6 were measured by ELISA. Serum levels of LP(a) were measured by scattered light detection method. Results The plasma levels of IL-6 and serum levels of LP(a) were significantly increased in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.01). Compared with control group, the plasma levels of IL-6 were significantly increased in normal and abnormal ST segment groups(P<0.01). Serum level of LP(a) was obviously increased in abnormal ST segment group(P<0.01), but in normal ST segment group, serum level of LP(a) only slightly increased (P>0.05). The levels of IL-6 and LP(a) were significantly higher in abnormal ST segment group than normal ST segment group(P<0.05,P<0.01). There was a significantly positive correlation between levels of IL-6 and LP(a)(P<0.05). Conclusion The increased levels of circulating IL-6 and LP(a) in patients with coronary heart disease might play an important role in myocardial ischemia and injury. The elevation of LP(a) level in the patients with coronary heart disease may be contributed to the increased synthesis of liver LP(a) induced by IL-6.
