文章介绍了在互联网上企业搜集竞争情报的途径,主要包括利用联机检索系统、专利检索工具、Web搜索工具、竞争对手网页/网站、相关数据库等途径对企业竞争情报进行有效地搜集。
This article introduces the methods of enterprise collecting competitive intelligence on internet.To realize the collection of enterprise competitive intelligence efficiently,main measures discussed in this paper are using:online com-puter retrievel systems ,patent retrievel tools,web search tools,the web pages or web sites of competitor's,digital li-braries and relative databases.
