摘要
从农业科研投资、农业科研体制、农业技术需求与供给、农业技术推广、农业技术市场和农村金融环境的角度,分析影响我国农业科技进步的障碍因素,对我国农业的进步与发展具有极其重要的作用和意义。
This paper is to analyze some factors such as agricultural science research investment, agricultural science system, agricultural technology demand and supply, agricultural technology extension system, agricultural technology market and rural financial environment, which hinder the progress of China's agricultural science technology.Meanwhile, it provides some related suggestions on dealing with these issues.
