摘要
20世纪60年代,在各种因素的综合影响下,英、美两国的历史教育出现全面危机,举步维艰.但是,从80年代以来,有鉴于社会发展的需要和历史学科本身的功能,历史教育成了两国教育界重点关注的学科之一,并相继掀起了历史课程改革运动.在这场课程改革运动中,历史课程被定位为核心课程之一.本文旨在分析和探讨这一时期英、美两国历史教育定位的演变进程和原因.
History education was in crisis in 1960's in both of the Britain and America. But in 1980's, history was orientated one of the core curriculums in these two countries because of the importance of history education and the requirement of social development. This thesis, by an analysis of the reasons of this acute change, attempts to have a correct view of history education in west.
