摘要
本文就来自临床各种标本检出308株大肠埃希氏菌分布情况的耐药水平进行分析。尿液标本中检出大肠埃希氏菌126株(40.%)占首位,其次是脓液63株(20.5%)和阴道分泌物40株(13.0%)。对10种抗生素敏感度较高的依次为:氟哌酸,丁胺卡那霉素,吡哌酸,卡那霉素,庆大霉素,新霉素,氯霉素。
The paper deals with the distribution of 308 stems of escherichia coli from different kinds of clinic samples and their tolerance to drug. 126 stems of esctherichia coli from urine samples were detected and took the first place (40. 0%), next to 63 stems of escherichia coli from pura samples (20. 5%), with the other from the samples of uagina secretion (13. 0%) and so on. It was found there were ten kinds of highersensitivity antibiotics such as amikacin, kanamycin, gentimicin, mycifradin, and chlorampenicol in the order based on the sensitivity.
