摘要
作者应用放射免疫法测定了50名正常人、50例甲亢、12例甲减、27例单纯性甲状腺肿、7例甲状腺腺瘤患者心钠素,肾素,血管紧张素Ⅱ水平,并观察了甲亢,甲减患者治疗前后血浆心钠素,肾素,血管紧张素Ⅱ水平的动态变化。结果表明,甲状腺疾病患者血浆心钠素水平与T_3、T_4、肾素,血管紧张素Ⅱ呈正相关,提示甲状腺功能状态影响血浆心钠素水平,在甲状腺疾病时心钠素、肾素血管紧张素系统共同参与调节机体水、电解质平衡。
The plasma atrial natriuretia peptide plasma renin activity and angiotensin levels were measured in thyroid disease by RIA, compared with 50 normal controls. The results showed that the plasma atrial natriuretic level was increased in patients with hyperthyroidism, decreased in patients with hypothyroidism than normal control, and had no significared with normal control. A positire correlation was found between and T_3、T_4 in thyroid disease. The plasma renin activity and angiotensin qas increased in patients with hyperthyroidism, was decreased in patients with hypothyroidism compared qith normal control, and had no significant diffrence in patients with simple goiter and thyroid adenoma compared with normal aontrol. A positire correlation was found between plasma atrial natriuretic peptide and plasma renin activity, angiotensin inthyroid disease. Our results suggest that thyroid function of patients with thyroid disease has an effect on plasma atrial natriuretic peptide level, and that atrial natriuretic peptide, plasma renin activity and angiotensin regalate water and electrolyte balance in thyroid disease.
