摘要
对标后预算在企业管理 ,特别是成本管理中的作用、标后预算编制的准备工作、标后预算的编制办法和步骤进行了分析论述 ,对各项费用 (如项目经理部现场经费 )的测算、确定进行了介绍。
This article discusses the budget management in a construction enterprise after winning a bid, especially in the action of cost management, preparation work of budget layout, the method and procedures of budgeting, with the determination of various expenses such as on\|site expense at the Project Manager\'s Office.
