摘要
对于网络化和数字化制造而言,系统之间的产品数据共享是一个迫切需要解决的问题。用STEP标准作为CAD系统的输出结果,应用国际标准化组织所制定的转换规范,将STEP文件转换为相应的XML中性文件,建立XMLSchema库,可以实现网络上的中性文件传输,达到系统间的数据共享。通过简例验证,证明利用XML实现产品数据的网络化应用,是基于STEP的产品数据的XML表达的可靠方法。
For networked manufacturing and digital manufacturing, the sharing of the product data among systems is a key problem to be resolved. To realize the sharing, CAD systems must output product data with STEP standard. By translating the STEP files into the corresponding XML neutral documents with the criterions constituted by the ISO, XML Schema library is setup. Thus, the neutral documents can be transferred throughout Internet, so different manufacturing systems can share product data. Verified by a simple example, this reliable way expresses the STEP-based product data with XML, and apply the criterions of the interpreting between STEP and XML.
