摘要
目的对人工蛹虫草培养液的化学成分进行研究。方法采用常压、加压硅胶柱色谱、制备色谱进行分离 ,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果目前从氯仿部分分离得到 9个化合物 ,鉴定了其中的 5个化合物 ,分别为 :环 (苯丙氨酸 脯氨酸 ) [cyclo (L phenylalanyl L prolyl) ,Ⅰ ];环 (亮氨酸 脯氨酸 ) [cyclo (L leucyl L prolyl) ,Ⅱ ];环 (缬氨酸 脯氨酸 ) [cyclo (L valyl L prolyl) ,Ⅲ ];环 (丙氨酸 脯氨酸 ) [cyclo (L alanyl L prolyl) ,Ⅳ ];7,8 二甲基 异咯嗪 (7,8 dimethyl iso allox azine ,Ⅴ )。结论这 5个化合物均是从蛹虫草培养液中首次分离 ,且化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the culture liquid of Cordyceps militaris (L.)Link.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods such as sillica gel normal, pressurized column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography(PTLC),then the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Results Nine compounds were obtained from the chloroform layer and the structures of five compounds were identified as cyclo ( L phenylalanyl L prolyl)(Ⅰ); cyclo ( L leucyl L prolyl)(Ⅱ);cyclo ( L valyl L prolyl)(Ⅲ);cyclo ( L alanyl L prolyl)(Ⅳ);7,8 Dimethyl iso alloxazine(Ⅴ).Conclusion All the identified compounds are obtained from the culture liquid of Cordyceps militaris (L.) Link. for the first time.Three compounds (Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ) are obtained from Cordyceps for the first time.
