摘要
话本小说是中国古代文学中的一朵奇葩 ,其中的一些作品充满了追求“平等”理想的法制意识。作为话本小说中的民主精华 ,反映妇女呼唤“社会平等”的作品显得尤其突出。话本中既有对社会不平等现实的揭露 ,又有对平等理想境界的追求以及对女权的深沉呼唤。从法制文学的发展历程来看 ,话本小说这一“平等”
The script for story-telling is a wonderful flower in the literature of ancient China. Some of such scripts are filled with the legal sense of pursuing “equality”. As the highlights of democracy in the scripts, works reflecting women’s appeal for “social equality” are more prominent. The scripts are imbued with the revealing of the unequal reality of society, the ideal realm of equality and the call for women’s rights. From the course of development of the legal nature of literature, the theme of “equality” has a far-reaching connotation and a specific implication.
