摘要
政治文明是人类文明的重要组成部分,也是社会主义的内在要求,建设社会主义政治文明,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。物质文明、政治文明、精神文明既有联系又不能互相替代,物质文明和精神文明的进步,不能自然而然地带来政治文明的发展。政治文明不仅是连接物质文明与精神文明的纽带和桥梁,更是物质文明和精神文明的制度性保证,是全面建设小康社会不可或缺的。
Political civilization is not only an important part of human civilization, but also the internal requirements of socialism and one of the goals of building a welloff society. There are certain connections among material, political and spiritual civilizations, yet there can be no substitute among them. The development of spiritual and material civilization does not necessarily bring about the improvement in political civilization. Political civilization is not only a bridge between material and spiritual civilizations but also a systematical guarantee of them, and is indispensable for the fullscale construction of a welloff society.
