摘要
2000~2002年试验结果表明:在较寒冷的吉林市左家地区或类似气候区栽培山葡萄,果实用于酿制优质山葡萄酒,公顷产量应控制在10~12t;酿制一般甜红山葡萄酒,公顷产量应控制在13~14t。在较温暖的吉林省集安市(岭南地区)或类似气候区,酿制优质山葡萄酒,公顷产量应控制在14~15t;酿制一般甜红山葡萄酒,公顷产量应控制在16~17t。
A trial carried out from 2000 to 2002 showed that it was suitable to control such a yield per hectare of Vi-tis amurensis Rupr. in Zuojia of jilin or alike region. Art output of 10-12 tons per hectare for making high grade wine of V. amurensis. and an output oi 13-14 tons per hectare for making general sweet-red grape wine of Vitis amurerisis must be controlled in Zuojia area and alike cold region; while a yield of 14-15 tons per hectare for making high grade wine of V. amurensis and an output of 16-17 tons per hectare for making general sweet-red wine of V. amurensis must be controlled in Ji'an area of Jilin Province(the south of moutain)and alike warm region.
