摘要
目的 观察运用头针为主治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法 对 4 5例患者采用头针、理疗、输液治疗和家长配合引导式训练。结果 基本恢复 4例 ,显效 2 1例 ,有效 15例 ,总有效率为 88.89%。且病程越短 ,疗程越长 ,效果越好。结论 头针、理疗、输液等综合治疗小儿脑瘫 ,能使患儿临床症状、体征、智能等得到明显改善。
Purpose To observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on infantile cerebral palsy.Methods Forty five patients were treated by scalp acupuncture, physiotherapy, intravenous drip, and parent instructive training.Results Basic recovery occurred in 4 cases, marked effectiveness in 21 cases and effectiveness in 15 cases. The total effective rate was 88.89%. The shorter the duration of disease and the longer the course of treatment, the better the curative effect.Conclusion A composite treatment by scalp acupuncture, physiotherapy and intravenous drip of medicinal fluid can markedly imporve clinical symptoms, signs, and intelligence in infantile cerebral palsy patients.
