摘要
鲨肝活性肽是从鲨鱼肝脏中分离纯化的一种活性多肽 ,对正常小鼠血清溶血素的生成无明显影响 ,但在 1.5、0 .75和 0 .37mg kg时 ,却能部分缓解环磷酰胺 (cyclophosphamide ,Cy)对小鼠血清溶血素生成的抑制作用 ;在 0 .75~ 6mg kg剂量时 ,能够上调环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠血清IL 2的含量。在体外未发现鲨肝活性肽促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌IL 2。
sHSS, an active polypeptide extracted from shark livers, couldn't influence the produce of serum haemolysin in normal mice. But the inhibition on the produce of serum haemolysin caused by cyclophosphamide could be partly resisted by sHSS with the doses of 0.37, 0.75, 1.5mg/kg. The level of serum IL 2 could be upraiged by sHSS in immunosuppressive mice in the range of doses from 0.75 mg/kg to 6mg/kg. In vitro, it couldn't be found that sHSS could promote mouse spleen cell secreted IL 2. The result showed that sHSS possessed certainly positive immunoregulative function in immunosuppressive mice.
