胃肠道出血的内镜诊治 被引量：5

摘要 0引言 胃肠道出血是一组临床常见的病征,尽管大约2/3的消化道出血属自限性,但总的死亡率高达8.0-1 3.7%.近10 a来,由于内镜诊疗技术的普遍应用,虽然未能减少胃肠道出血的发生率,但有充分证据表明内镜止血治疗能降低出血的死亡率,可明显减少再出血率、输血量、急诊手术率和患者的住院费用[1-3].
