主要介绍通过健美锻炼来达到减去体内多余脂肪、改变体形、使人体具有肌肉美和曲线美的运动方法。练习者必须依据自己身体的实际情况,选择健美运动方法进行练习。只要坚持经常,会获得健美的体魄。
Aerobic prescription is to reduce unneccessary fat,change bodily form,make people strong and vigourous by doing aerobic exercises.People must choose the Aerobic Prescription according to his own physical condition.If people keep doing aerobic exercises, they′ll befit and strong.
