摘要
用静态法研究6-氨基青霉烷酸(6-APA)在弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301和330上的吸附行为。在溶液pH为8.0,6-APA起始浓度介于1.5至20mg/mL条件下,测定25℃时D301树脂和330树脂的静态交换动力学曲线、吸附等温线,并求算D301树脂和330树脂的吸附等温线方程。分别用Langmuir型和Freundlich型方程对D301树脂和330树脂吸附等温线进行线性回归拟和,结果表明,6-APA在D301树脂和330树脂上的吸附更符合Langmuir型吸附。
The adsorption behaviors of 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA) on weak basic anion-exchange resin D301 and 330 were studied. The 6-APA concentration of aqueous solution was from 1. 5 mg/mL to 20 mg/mL. All experiments were carried out under 25℃ with the pH at 8. 0. Through batch exchange experiments, static exchange kinetics curve and adsorption isotherm were measured. Furthermore, the expressions of adsorption isothermal equation were deduced. The linear regression of D301's isotherm and the linear regression of 330's isotherm were done by using Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation. The results showed that the adsorption of 6-APA fitted the Langmuir model.
