Contamination and Resource of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Surficial Sediments of Mangrove Areas in Jiu-long River Estuary

摘要 测定了福建省九龙江口7个红树林湿地站位表层沉积物中16种优控PAHs的含量。用微波萃取法萃取,用GC-MS法检测。探讨了各站位PAHs的主要来源,并通过与其他典型地区污染状况的比较,分析了研究区内PAHs的含量水平。 The distribution and concentration of 16 parent polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in surficial sediments collected from 7 mangrove swamp areas in the Jiu-long River of Fujian Province were investigated. Microwave assisted extraction (MAE) was used to quantitatively extract the PAHs from the sediments. GC-MS was applied for sample analysis. The different sources of PAHs in mangrove sediments were searched. By comparison with other representative areas, the contamination in the studied areas was discussed.
