摘要
骨料性能对新拌混凝土的流变参数有很大影响。本文研究了砂率、最大粒径、针片状含量、形状指数和骨料种类对新拌混凝土流变参数的影响。通过BMH流变仪测量表明,对于所用材料而言,最佳砂率在42%左右,最大粒径为20mm,针片状含量较低时拌合物的流动性和保水性较好,而形状指数越大流动性也越好,骨料种类对新拌混凝土的流变性影响不大,配比设计时可不考虑。
The properties of aggregate have a strong influence on the rheology of the fresh concrete.This paper deals with sand percentage,maximum size of aggregate,flat and elongated particles in coarse aggregate,form exponent and species of aggregate.The rheological parameters of the fresh concrete are tested by the BMH rheometer.The result is the fresh concrete has better rheology and water retention when sand percentage is about 042,maximum size of aggregate is about 20mm,and elongated particles in coarse aggregate is low,and form exponent is great.The species of aggregate have a slight influence on the rheology of fresh concrete.This factor can not be considered when we design the mix proportion of concrete.
