摘要
通过共混法制备出羟基磷灰石(HA)含量不同的硅橡胶(SR)与羟基磷灰石复合生物材料,并对其机械性能和血液相容性进行表征.采用DXLL-2500电子万能拉力机、XY-1橡胶硬度计对材料机械性能进行测定;以溶血率、动态凝血指数及血小板粘附表征材料的血液相容性.当羟基磷灰石质量分数为30%、40%、50%、60%、70%时,材料的撕裂强度分别为0 38、0 44、0 99、0 85、0 54kN·mol-1;溶血率分别为0 61%、0 51%、0 30%、0 26%、0 29%.实验结果表明,羟基磷灰石质量分数为60%时,该复合材料具有较好的撕裂强度和拉伸强度.溶血实验、动态凝血实验及血小板粘附试验也表明该复合材料具有很好的血液相溶性.
HA/SR biomaterials with different contents of HA by mill were prepar ed. Their mechanical properties and blood compatibilities were characterized by Dxll-2500 electronic tensile machine and by HR and BCI respectively. Tear streng th and HR of the composites was respectively 0.38, 0.44, 0.99, 0.85, 0.54 kN·m ol-1 and 0.61%, 0.51%, 0.30%, 0.26%, 0.29% with HA contents of 30%, 40%, 5 0%, 60%, 70%. The results indicated that the composite material with 60% HA had better mechanical properties and good blood compatibilities than others.
